Addendum: U-TIP is a service created not only to increase your profitability and increase workplace safety. Utilizing U-TIP or another telephone tip line will also assist your company in complying with the Corporate Sentencing Guidelines. It is their recommendation that an organization utilize a reporting that allows their employees to anonymously report the illegal activities of a coworker, but also to assist you company in complying with the Corporate Sentencing Guidelines. These guidelines specifically recommend a reporting service that allows employees to anonymously report the illegal activities of a co-worker.
